Willy Light assembly

Start by attaching the wheels, ensuring they are positioned correctly, and tighten the screws securely. Then, insert the arm into the frame tube, making sure the bend faces outward. Pass the two screws through the frame and the arm, then firmly tighten the nuts to complete the assembly.

Willy Trailer assembly

Before using Willy, you simply need to assemble the trailer arm. There are two possible positions: a low position for bikes with small wheels and a high position for bikes with large wheels. These positions ensure that the trailer bed remains as horizontal as possible.

Willy Cargo assembly

To assemble your Willy Cargo, start by attaching the wheels as shown in the video. Tighten the screws firmly, then loosen them a quarter turn to ensure smooth rotation. Next, insert the tow arm into the frame tube, making sure the bend faces outward. Align the holes, insert the screws, and secure them with the nuts. Your Willy Cargo is ready to use!
